Um, well... ?

I used to own this app a month or two back and used it a ton, and loved it. It was honestly the best app for me to edit different video clips, add my music, and put in on Instagram for my video edits I do. Well, I got it again today, and theres a really annoying issue I am now dealing with. When I click on add clips, and select a clip, it shows only black, and says the clip is zero seconds long and is too short to be in the video. However, that cant be, since the video itself is 12 seconds long and I have watched the video in full on my camera roll. The same thing also happened with a music video, and then I proceeded to reset my phone, only to notice that now I cant even SELECT ANY music videos... Ive closed out of this app, all my apps, Ive reset my phone, I am not sure what to do, and I would really like this issue fixed so I can go back to happily editing. Thanks.
